Product Description
The sleeve sterilizer uses steam, hot water, and cold water as heat transfer media, especially suitable for sterilization of medium to low viscosity materials. The heater part of the machine adopts a three-layer casing structure: the heat exchange medium flows in 1 and 3, and the material flows in reverse in 2. For the convenience of maintenance, two of them can be removed, and static mixers can be added to each part to enhance the heat exchange effect.
High concentration and high pressure sleeve sterilizer: suitable for heating, sterilization, and cooling of concentrated tomato sauce, apricot sauce, carrot puree, and other products, with touch screen operation, fully automatic control, and equipped with self-cleaning and reverse cleaning systems.
Ordinary sleeve sterilizer: mainly used for heating, sterilization, and cooling of products with relatively good fluidity such as fruit and vegetable puree, juice, concentrated juice, etc., operated by touch screen, fully automatic control, and equipped with a self-cleaning system.
