Adopting external heating natural circulation type and vacuum negative pressure evaporation method, it has fast evaporation speed, significant concentration ratio, and can reach 1.4 (general traditional Chinese medicine extract), without the need for an open pot to collect the extract.
This concentrator adopts three effects of simultaneous evaporation, and the secondary steam is repeatedly used, reducing energy consumption by about 70% compared to a single effect. The full investment of this concentrator can be recovered from the energy-saving cost in less than a year.
