Purpose: This equipment is suitable for engineering operations such as atmospheric pressure, pressurized water decoction, flooding, hot reflux, forced circulation, percolation, aromatic oil extraction, and organic solvent recovery in industries such as traditional Chinese medicine, plants, animals, food, and chemical engineering. Especially, dynamic extraction or countercurrent extraction have better results, shorter time, and higher liquid content.
1. The slag discharge door of the extraction tank adopts a patented structure of our factory's push groove wide tooth self-locking device. The lower cover is first compressed by a cylinder, and then two cylinders drive the push pull inclined gear ring to tighten the two flanges. When the pressure inside the experimental tank reaches 0.3 MPa, there is no leakage of material or liquid at all. It is easy to open and close, and never explodes regardless of power or gas outage. It is safe and reliable to use, with high work efficiency, and completely solves the problem of liquid leakage and serious consequences caused by the automatic opening of the bottom cover after the pressure inside the tank is too high in the original old extraction tank. At the same time, the bottom cover, dispensing port, and connecting hose are no longer used. Instead, our factory's patented bottom wall dispensing technology or the use of hard stainless steel fixation method have overcome the defects of the old extraction tank, where the connecting hose is prone to fracture due to fatigue stress, frequent hose replacement, and high maintenance costs.
2. The tank body is designed with straight tube diameter changing shape, straight tube shape, straight cone shape, oblique cone shape, and adopts our factory's patented bottom wall liquid extraction method: a pump is used to extract the medicine liquid from the tank belly through a filter screen, and then the bottom wall is sprayed upwards through a circular pipe in the filtering chamber to form a forced countercurrent circulation loop. This promotes the medicine liquid to fully rub and wash off the medicinal material from the bottom upwards, maintaining a high concentration gradient difference, accelerating the extraction speed, and shortening the extraction time
The extraction time is reduced, the efficiency is improved, and the medicinal materials in the tank are loose, making it easy for the subsequent process to remove slag, making it very convenient to use. The jacket is set at the lower part of the extraction tank, allowing the bottom liquid to be fully heated.
3. An annular filter screen is added at the bottom of the tank, increasing the area of the filter screen. The area of the filter screen is several times that of the original old-fashioned extraction tank, making the filter screen less prone to clogging. And this device does not need to stir the pulp to avoid damage to the fiber of the medicinal material due to the stirring of the pulp leaves, increasing the number of fiber fragments and causing blockage of the filter screen and pipes. At the same time, a pump is used to spray upward and force countercurrent circulation, playing a stirring role
4. Design a special structure with dynamic extraction and forced foaming; Design dynamic extraction structures with various types of mixing devices according to process requirements; The design has a forced foam pressing structure. The foam pressing movable orifice plate is driven by the tank top cylinder, and the side wall feeding is used to solve the problem of medicine, foam rising and material escaping when the original extraction tank extracts light medicinal materials, and the blockage in the cooler tubes caused by the small light medicinal materials in the center of the foam.
