Main characteristics of falling film:
The entire heating system of the equipment has the main characteristics of high heat transfer efficiency and short heating time due to uniform steam heating and liquid film flow evaporation. Only a small part of the feed liquid and all the secondary steam enter the separator to strengthen separation. The feed liquid does not form too much impact during the whole process, avoiding the formation of foam.
6. For food evaporation and concentration, the equipment can also have sterilization function. The material is preheated first, and then enters the sterilizer to reach 94 degrees Celsius or above. After maintaining for about 24 seconds, it enters the first effect body, where the material quickly flashes and the temperature drops instantly.
